We had an urgent booking and the host was super responsive and helped us to checkin within 2 hrs. The house is great with housekeepers to help and clean 24/7. It was really like we visited a friend house.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

This apartment is in a great location, close enough to walk to the old quarter with far less noise and traffic to deal with. What I appreciated most when I arrived at 9pm after a long day of travel was that I didn't need to go out and get a bunch of supplies (water, coffee, eggs, bread, etc...) - the host took care of everything.

Comfy bed, beautifully decorated, and having in-unit laundry was super helpful. When I come back to Hanoi I will absolutely stay here again.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

One of the best units we've stayed in, it feels like a home instead of a rental property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and allowed us to check out late since we had an evening flight. The building felt secure with a guard and rolling shutters at night.
The location is ideal for walking, with Train Street in one direction and the Old Quarter in the other.
Wifi was fast and stable throughout the unit, more than enough for work and video calls.

This was one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed in - the whole set up, architecture, design and furniture, everything was perfect and especially the couple that takes care are superb, the best cook, with the result that we did not want to go to restaurants. As we used the house for stay-cation we needed stable internet, which was also the case.
Also, when I mentioned, that there were no t-times available, Serge immediately reached out to help. Just a note for the lucky ones coming soon, book your t-times well in advance as Hua Hin has become extremely popular among golfers.
So a big thank you to Serge and his team, that made the stay most enjoyable.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at Cam and Serge’s beautiful home - and this IS a real “home” - full of sculptures, art and collections. Super spacious and bright. Lovely reception and service from Da and To, the couple that care for the villa (they even ordered a birthday cake in when I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday!). Very comfortable bed and the BEST shower. We spent most of our time reading and relaxing on the patio overlooking the pool. The price was a bit steep because it was just the two of us, but an indulgence for just my husband and I - and so worth it! Thank you!

We had an amazing ski trip and this chalet was a huge part of it! The location is absolutely prime – with a bus stop right in front of the property, getting to and from Sapporo was super convenient

The van that comes with the house was such a great addition — much easier to get around Niseko!

The chalet itself is fantastic. The kitchen is crisp, fully equipped, and has everything you need to cook meals for a group which we loved. The living area is perfect for group activities, relaxing, and winding down after a day on the slopes.

Serge was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay which made everything even smoother. We 100% recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Niseko. We’d absolutely come back in the future!

The perfect place. Will def stay again

Stayed over a week and would absolutely return. Condo is brilliantly designed, and forced us to enjoy the incredible living room city view as there is no living room TV. Location is 10/10, both for pedestrian market walks, food drop offs, and driver pick ups. Wonderful cleaning service, English app communication, and building staff including the uncle below who will help with all things. You will not regret staying here.

Ideal location and responsive host.

Very friendly host. We were met by the host who showed us are the unit. Everything we needed was provided, with some extras thrown in. Very thoughtful. There’s a security guard on the ground level who helped us with our luggages. Location is quite centralised. Walking distance to many places of interest. Easy to get Grab to places further away. You can still hear some traffic noises as it’s quite close to a main intersection but we liked it cos this is Hanoi!

The house is very beautiful! We felt amazing 👏! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and seasonings. Serge and Ganesh were very thoughtful and even gave us a bottle of sake when we checked in. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect as it’s a short 7-10min walk to the french quarters and the old quarters. Place is nicely designed and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. I definitely would recommend this place to friends & family.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Very tranquil and comfortable to stay there. Pou and Tia are absolute legends that are willing to go the extra mile. Pou made some of the best Thai food we’ve had and even held a cooking lesson to teach us some of her skills. Would stay again here in a heart beat.

We were lucky to get a booking last minute over Christmas and loved our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, in a great location and the hosts were really helpful. Highly recommended if you’re in Hanoi for a few days.
